There are some Spooky goings on in Great Yarmouth town centre this October half-term.
Shops and businesses have been busy decorating their windows with ghosts and ghouls to celebrate this most scary time of year. There is some debate between these businesses on who has scariest Halloween display in the town centre. We therefore need your help on deciding which window has the best Halloween display and should be awarded a special prize for being so.
We have created a trail of the businesses who have entered their Halloween Windows in a competition to decide who’s is the best. If you can find some time to visit Great Yarmouth town centre between 23rd and 31st October we would be delighted if you took part in our Halloween Window Trail by checking off each of the window display against our list and letting us know which one is your favourite (and scariest) of all.
For a list of where to find the window displays visit www.gytcp.co.uk and either download a form or collect one from any of the shops taking part in the Halloween Window Trail – they will be displaying a poster similar to the above image. Each display will have a different number to be entered on the form.
The most voted for window will be awarded a special prize at this year’s Civic Society Great Yarmouth town centre awards being held in November. If you can return your completed form, with all the correct window numbers added by 6th November, you will be entered into a draw to win £250 of shopping vouchers. The voucher winner will be informed by 12th November.
